Save as expressly provided for herein, We will NOT sell your information for use for use by third parties or disclose any personal information whatsoever about you to any third party for any other reason except in the event that We are required to by law or in the event that you may be in danger and the information you have provided may help appropriate authorities in assisting you.

2. Information uploaded to our Services

Unless you first adjust the share settings of a particular posting to “no one”, all information uploaded to the LifeLogger website that is specifically meant for publishing on the internet - such as LifeLog entries, photos, videos, audio clips, messages and message replies should be considered publicly available information and may also be used by Us for promotional purposes. The use of such information by third parties visiting the LifeLogger website is beyond our control.

Upon registration for the Services, We may from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about particular goods, offers or services that may be of interest to you (unless you expressly inform Us not to do so). In those cases, personal information that may identify you (including your name, phone number, email address) will not be disclosed to our external business partners, save with your express consent. All communication between such external business partners and you shall be conducted / undertaken via Us.

The LifeLogger website may contain from time to time, links to other websites, including but not limited to websites of advertisers and promoters or any other third party. You should review the details of the privacy policies of such websites when you visit them. This Privacy Statement applies solely to information collected by Us when you use the Services.

5. Service notifications and alerts

If you use a LifeLogger account, We will from time to time send you emails regarding your LifeLogger account, the status of the system, or informing you of new features available to you. You are entitled to unsubscribe to these mailings by adjusting the settings under “My Account”.

6. Removal of your Personal Information

If you wish to have your information removed from our systems, you need to send an email to stating your LifeLogger username. In such event, you will be required to immediately delete all postings and information in your account. However, KINDLY TAKE NOTE That any information provided by you to any other LifeLogger account(s), such as “comments” made on another LifeLogger account will not / cannot be deleted by you under any circumstances. Subject to compliance with the foregoing, We shall, if We deem fit, permanently terminate your account if you do not thereafter log in for a continuous period of three (3) months.

7. 3rd Party Acquiror

Notwithstanding any other provisions herein contained, We expressly reserve the right to disclose, sell and or dispose your personal information (including but not limited to your name, phone number, email address) to any third party acquiror / potential third party acquiror of the Services without prior notice to or consent from you. The terms of use of such information by such third parties is wholly beyond our control and may not necessarily conform with (and in fact may be materially different in nature from) the provisions set out in this Privacy Statement, notwithstanding, We shall not in such event be liable to you in any manner whatsoever.

The LifeLogger website uses cookies to enhance your online experience. Once you have logged in to your LifeLogger account, your username and display name (i.e. the name by which you like to be called) are stored in the cookie for use on later web pages. The information collected by the cookies is used for statistical purposes.
