LifeLogger Invites GoPro Hero3 Owners to Try New Android App
LifeLogger Technologies Corp today invites GoPro Hero3 owners to try the new LifeLogger for Hero3 mobile app on Android devices.
Continuing in its efforts to build a media platform that is compatible with all major wearable cameras on the market today, LifeLogger is inviting GoPro Hero3 owners to try the new LifeLogger for Hero3 mobile app (available for free download on Android devices later this week). The new mobile app works with the LifeLogger’s cloud service for organizing and sharing of videos on all major social networks. Hero3 users can play videos uploaded via the app with geo-location information automatically mapping the location where the video was shot and allowing the user to explore nearby areas of interest. In addition, users of the new LifeLogger for Hero3 mobile app will be able to do the following on the app:
- Delete videos from Hero3 camera for efficient use of the on-camera storage.
- Live Preview during recording taking advantage of larger display on phones.
- Add tags to camera during recording making it easier to find content later.
Andres Espineira, LifeLogger’s Chief Marketing Officer, noted, “We are thrilled to announce the imminent release of LifeLogger for Hero3 mobile app on Android devices. We invite owners of GoPro Hero3 cameras to signup and be among the first to try our new mobile app. As an early user of the Hero3 app you’ll have early access to future releases of the app that will bring more functionality and support for Hero4 cameras.”
While LifeLogger for Hero3 and the LifeLogger Cloud service are open to everyone, the company has implemented a special priority waitlist for GoPro users at http://beta.lifelogger.com/hero3. LifeLogger is rolling out invitations in a controlled manner to avoid the typical outages and slow response that have marred other services in the past. Online video puts a tremendous demand upon any online service infrastructure, so the waitlist is being used as a queuing mechanism to maintain the best possible experience for LifeLogger’s valued customers.
