How do I verify my email address?

For security reasons, you are required to verify your email address upon signup and each time you change your primary email address. A verification email will be sent to you. To verify your email address, click on the verification link in the email OR click on the link that takes you to a verification page where you can key in the secret code provided in the email.

For your convenience, you are given 15 grace logins so you will be able to login to your LifeLog 15 times prior to verification. Once you use up your grace logins, you will not be able to login to your LifeLog unless you verify your email address.

If you don't see the verification email in your inbox, try checking your spam/junk mail folder – the email may have been filtered from your inbox. To avoid having your LifeLogger notifications end up as spam/junk in the future, please put us on your safe list.

If you've lost the verification email/did not receive it, go to http://lifelogger.com/verify to get a new secret verification code sent to you.
